Medical - Employees have the option of choosing plans administered through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Group Life/AD&D - Provided automatically by Big Ass Fans to employees, equal to one times your annual earnings.
Additional Life/AD&D - This option provides additional life insurance for employees and the option to cover spouses and/or dependents.
Flexible Spending Account - Set aside some of your income on a pre-tax basis for health care, dependent care and/or transportation expenses.
Short Term and Long Term Disability - Coverage is provided at no cost to the employee.
Personal Time Off & Holidays - All full-time employees begin accruing PTO 90 days from their hire date . In addition to vacation accrual, employees also receive nine paid holidays.
Retirement - Employees have the choice of two 401(k) plans, the Traditional and the Roth. Big Ass Fans match employee contributions $0.50 for every dollar up to 6%. Or you can choose to work here forever.
Tuition Reimbursement - Employees may request up to $5,000 per year for approved courses. Reimbursement is based on (good) grades.
